Within the project (Empowering Civil Society in Idlib Governorate – Sawyan) that is funded by the European Union European External Action Service – EEAS and currently implemented by Kids Paradise organization with the partner AiBi Amici dei Bambini in Idlib Governorate
The contracted trainer conduct a physical training with preventive measures on the digital toolkit for humanitarian action for 51 trainees in 3 locations according to the plan in the eight target areas.
This 5-hour induction training is designed to engage the trainees through simple exercises to understand the actions and behaviors that constitute sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) of beneficiaries. Through the training, they develop an appreciation for the personal contribution and responsibility they have in upholding their organization’s Code of Conduct (CoC).
Each organization will sign a uniform code of conduct at the start of the project along with the general agreement. This module is used as an introductory training module with new personnel in the field (front-line staff, volunteers, etc.). Additional two-hour training will be provided to prepare one volunteer per CSO to give a two-hour PSEA briefing to their colleagues in their organizations/agencies.
