Within the project (Empowering Civil Society in Idlib Governorate – Sawyan)
that is funded by the European Union and currently implemented by Kids Paradise organization with the partner Friends of Children in Idlib Governorate
We finished from the provision of Human Resources and Financial Management training to 83 trainees (55 males & 28 females) from 51 teams in 8 sub-districts
During the training, (The concept of human resources management, the evolution of human resources management, the importance of human resources management in the organization, the relationship of human resources management with the rest of the departments in the organization, human resources manager skills, recruitment and interviews, basic concepts of financial management, principles of financial management, accounting records, financial planning, Financial monitoring, internal control )were introduced.
